Privacy Overview

Swagiggle does not sell products directly; instead, we aggregate products available from retailers across the internet and make this information searchable.   If you find a product you are interested in purchasing, you can click through to the retailers own website where you can make a purchase. The links that Swagiggle provides to reseller websites include an affiliate tracking code that lets the retailer website know that you found the product via Swagiggle.  If you then make a purchase, Swagiggle earns a small commission.  Swagiggle does not receive any of your personal information from the retailer when you make that purchase.

Swagiggle does not use our own tracking cookies.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We may collect information from you if you fill out an inquiry form or if you sign up for an email newsletter or email product notifications.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. answer your question.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Purpose of Collecting Personal Information

Personal information is collected for purpose of processing a request to be contacted by WAND.

We may track user behavior within our applications for purpose of providing better features and capabilities, dashboards and reporting, and bug identification and tracking.

Google Analytics Cookies and Tracking

This site uses Google Analytics to track number of visitors and source of visitors.  Google Analytics uses cookies to track user behavior.   We do not have control over these third party cookies.  We do not provide any Personal Information that we collect (defined above) to Google Analytics. We have configured Google analytics to anonymize your IP address.

From Google:  “When a customer of Analytics requests IP address anonymization, Analytics anonymizes the address as soon as technically feasible at the earliest possible stage of the collection network. The IP anonymization feature in Analytics sets the last octet of IPv4 user IP addresses and the last 80 bits of IPv6 addresses to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never written to disk in this case” (

We have set a 26 month retention period for user-level and event-level data in Google Analytics.  The retention period applies to user-level and event-level data associated with cookies, user-identifiers (e.g., User-ID) and advertising identifiers (e.g., DoubleClick cookies, Android’s Advertising ID, Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers). After this period, user-level and event-level data is deleted.  This retention period resets upon any new activity on our site.

Swagiggle gets product data for its website by partnering with affiliate retailers who make their data available through affiliate networks (such as Commission Junction and Rakuten).  When you click on a product, you will be taken to a retailer website where you can purchase the product. If you purchase the product, Swagiggle will receive a small commission.  This is tracked via a URL parameter that tells the affiliate website that you found its product via Swagiggle. A cookie is placed on your browser when you click on a product link, but not while you are browsing products on Swagiggle.

If you are in the European Union, you will receive an option to opt-out of tracking from Commission Junction when you click on a retailer affiliate link.
